Hi there! I’m Susie - Integrative Nutrition Health Coach & Founder of Thyme to Thrive with Susie.

My passion for this work didn’t come from textbooks — it came from witnessing what happens when people try to manage illness with prescriptions alone, without ever being taught how to use nutrition and lifestyle as medicine.

I watched my dad struggle with chronic disease for years — prescription after prescription while his quality of life slowly disappeared — and not once was he educated on how to support his body. Later, when I faced my own symptoms — PMDD, crippling cramps, migraines, mood swings, anxiety — I was met with the same response: “This is normal. Take this.”

That’s when everything shifted for me. Because it isn’t just the symptoms that matter — it’s what those symptoms steal: energy, presence, patience, memories, relationships, and time.

I don’t believe the body is broken — I believe it’s communicating. And when you give it what it actually needs — nourishment, nervous system regulation, better habits, less burden — everything begins to change.
